The Peninsula of Samanà is known as the wildest intact natural area in the Dominican Republic. Here is the most important number of coco palms on m²of the world.
Beaches, still untouched and still not contaminated by mass-tourism, with fine white sand, extremely clear and warm water, usual for the Caribbean Sea. It’s not difficult to find himself alone on a pretty beach like in dreams and to enjoy the calm, quietness, colours and smells. Las Galeras is a small village boarding the sea where the peoples are living from fishing, local handcraft arts, and a bit of tourism which has just begun and still is not really developed. At a few km in the sea of Las Galeras it’s possible to watch whales, between January to end of March, they come here during their love season to pair off and profiting of the warms waters of the place to give birth to their cubs. It’s quite easy seeing some of them during the excursions organized by the local fishermen.
La Playita
A small and charming beach, only 100m faraway from the Chalet. It's
